Moral Philosophy Seminar (Monday - Week 4, HT21)

moral philosophy

Contrary to appearances, Kant is a eudaimonist.  Not by his own lights, of course, but by Aristotle’s.  I explain what this means and why it matters—in particular, how the Aristo-Kantian agreement on eudaimonism reflects a deeper agreement on the nature of ethics as a distinctively practical philosophy.

The Seminar is going to be held via Microsoft teams. Please email one of the convenors below if you would like to attend.
